The VALUE COLLECTION KV-3-0213-M0 is a three-element, pipe plug immersion heater designed for industrial fluid heating applications. The heater uses an Incoloy element sheath, which resists corrosion and oxidation in demanding process environments. It operates at 480 volts, three-phase power, and delivers 5,000 watts of output across three elements rated at 50 watts per square inch. A brass plug provides the threaded process connection. This unit is installed by industrial maintenance technicians, process engineers, or licensed electricians working on immersion heating systems for tanks, vessels, or similar liquid-filled enclosures.
This immersion heater is suited for industrial and commercial process heating applications where a compact, plug-in heating element is required. The 13-inch immersion length accommodates a range of standard tank wall thicknesses and fluid depths. The standard housing and 2-inch NPT connection size make it compatible with common threaded pipe fittings used in steel, stainless, or lined tank installations. No thermostat is included, so an external temperature control device must be provided as part of the installation.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct installation pipe plug immersion heater for industrial process tanks and vessels accepting a 2-inch NPT threaded connection and a 13-inch immersion depth.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes. Disconnect and lock out all power to the circuit before handling the heater or making wiring connections. Ensure the heating elements are fully submerged in fluid before energizing the unit, as dry-fire operation will damage the elements. Verify that the 2-inch NPT threaded fitting and tank material are compatible with the process fluid and operating temperature before installation.
