The aluminum body pairs with an aluminum mandrel to keep weight low and resist corrosion in light-duty structural and sheet metal assemblies. At a body diameter of 0.1875 inches and a head diameter of 0.615 inches, the large flange dome head distributes clamping load over a wider surface area, reducing the risk of pull-through in softer or thinner base materials. Grip range spans 0.062 to 0.250 inches, accommodating a variety of material stack thicknesses. Installation is performed with a standard hand or pneumatic rivet tool. Sold in a 250-piece package.
