The VALUE COLLECTION KP66945 is a Type 27 flap disc engineered for grinding and blending on metal surfaces. At 120 grit (Fine grade), it removes light stock and refines surface finish in a single pass. The abrasive material is Zirconia Alumina bonded to a coated nylon backing, which provides durability and consistent cut throughout the life of the disc. The Quick-Change Type R attachment allows fast spindle mounting without a wrench. Rated to 30,000 RPM, this disc suits high-speed die grinders and right-angle tools used by fabricators, pipefitters, and maintenance mechanics working with ferrous and stainless metals.

This flap disc is designed for use on steels, stainless steel, and cast iron. The Type 27 flat profile is suited to flat stock, weld seam blending, and surface preparation on structural steel, pipe, and sheet metal. The 2-inch diameter fits compact die grinders commonly used in tight quarters such as pipe runs, structural frames, and equipment enclosures.
