The VALUE COLLECTION KP2054 is a two-piece shaft collar designed to locate, space, and retain components along a rotating or stationary shaft. Machined from 303 stainless steel, it delivers solid corrosion resistance in washdown, wet, or chemically active environments. The collar measures 1-5/16 inches in outside diameter with a 0.625-inch bore diameter and a width of 7/16 inches. Sold in a pack of two, this collar suits mechanical assembly and maintenance work performed by machinists, millwrights, and industrial maintenance technicians.
Two-piece shaft collars are commonly used in conveyor systems, pump drives, motor shafts, and general power transmission assemblies where components must be secured axially without permanent fastening. Torque fasteners evenly when closing the two-piece halves to achieve uniform clamping force without distorting the collar bore.
