The VALUE COLLECTION ICP65100D is a solid carbide turning insert designed for precision metal cutting on CNC lathes and manual turning centers. Manufactured to ANSI insert code TPMT21.52 and ISO insert code TPMT110208, this insert features a 60-degree triangular shape with a positive side clearance and an 11-degree relief angle. The TiN (titanium nitride) coating improves surface hardness and reduces friction at the cutting edge. A 1/4-inch inscribed circle and 1/32-inch corner radius make it well suited for light to medium turning passes where controlled chip formation and edge integrity are critical. It is screw-held and compatible with standard TPMT-style toolholders.

This insert is intended for turning operations on steel and stainless steel workpiece materials, corresponding to primary workpiece material codes M and P. Typical applications include finishing and semi-finishing passes on shafts, flanges, and similar turned components in job shop, production machining, and maintenance repair environments. Installation Notes
