Manufactured to ANSI insert code TCMT32.52 and ISO insert code TCMT16T308, this insert features a 60-degree triangular shape with a positive side clearance and a TiN (titanium nitride) coating that extends cutting edge life and reduces built-up edge. With an inscribed circle of 0.375 inches and a corner radius of 0.0313 inches, it delivers controlled chip formation and consistent surface finishes. It is held in place via a screw-clamp toolholder. Licensed machinists and CNC operators install this insert as a standard consumable in turning tooling setups.
