The VALUE COLLECTION ICP50322K is a carbide turning insert designed for use on CNC lathes and manual turning centers. Manufactured to ANSI code TD6P1 and ISO code TD6P1, this insert features a 60-degree triangular shape with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating applied over a C5 material grade carbide substrate. The TiN coating reduces friction and extends cutting edge life across a range of turning applications. With a positive side clearance and a 15-degree relief angle, the insert is suited for light to medium turning passes. It is held in place via a screw-clamp toolholder and is sized with a 3/8-inch inscribed circle and 1/8-inch insert thickness.

This insert is intended for turning operations on steel and stainless steel workpieces, as indicated by the primary workpiece material codes M and P. Typical applications include outside diameter turning, facing, and light profiling on production and jobshop lathes.
