The wheel is machined from cobalt and coated with titanium nitride for extended wear resistance. At 0.5 inches in diameter with a 16 TPI circular pitch and a 90-degree included tooth angle, it is sized for fine-to-medium knurl patterns on small-diameter stock. The 30-degree helix angle drives the diagonal pattern geometry. Machinists and toolroom technicians are the primary users.

Installation Notes
