The VALUE COLLECTION CR-9-12 is a cartridge roll mandrel designed to hold and drive cartridge rolls during grinding, deburring, and finishing operations. It features a 1/8 inch pilot diameter with a 1 inch pilot length, a 1/4 inch shank diameter, and a 10.5 inch shank length, bringing the overall assembly length to 12 inches. The quick-change design allows for fast cartridge roll swaps without removing the mandrel from the tool. Machinists, tool and die makers, and metal fabricators use this mandrel with rotary tools, die grinders, and drill presses to reach into bores, ports, and contoured surfaces.

This mandrel is suited for use in bore finishing, port blending, weld cleanup, and surface conditioning on metal workpieces.
