The VALUE COLLECTION CPM-19 is a No. 9 abrasive point mandrel designed to mount cone-style, point-style, and rubberized abrasive accessories to rotary tools and die grinders. It features a 1/4-inch shank that fits standard collets and chucks found on most rotary grinding equipment. The mandrel measures 1-3/4 inches in length and accepts abrasive points with a 1/8-inch hole. It is a shop standard for metalworking, deburring, and surface prep tasks performed by machinists, tool and die workers, and maintenance technicians.
This mandrel is suited for bench-top and handheld rotary tool applications in manufacturing, fabrication, and general maintenance environments. It is compatible with cone, point, and rubberized point abrasive accessories that use a 1/8-inch mounting hole. Typical use cases include internal deburring of bores and ports, weld blending, and surface conditioning in areas where larger grinding wheels cannot reach. It is appropriate for both production and occasional-use toolroom settings.
Compatible with cone, point, and rubberized point abrasive accessories using a 1/8-inch mounting hole, specifically No. 9 abrasive points in sizes D, E, and F.
Installation is performed by threading the abrasive point onto the mandrel stud and tightening the retaining nut securely before use. Always power down and disconnect or unplug the rotary tool before changing accessories. Inspect the mandrel for wear, cracks, or thread damage before each use and replace if any defects are found. Follow the abrasive manufacturer's rated RPM limits and applicable shop safety guidelines when operating rotary grinding equipment.
