The VALUE COLLECTION CLNI20560-025BX is a two-way lock nut with a distorted thread locking style, designed for use in standard inch-series fastener applications. The distorted thread design creates interference during installation and removal, resisting loosening under vibration and dynamic loads without the need for adhesives or separate locking inserts. Made from Grade 2 steel with a zinc finish for basic corrosion resistance, this nut measures 31/64 inches in height with 7/8 inches across the flats. It is installed by mechanical contractors, maintenance technicians, and general tradespeople wherever a reliable, reusable locking fastener is required.
This lock nut is suited for residential and light commercial mechanical assemblies, structural connections, and equipment mounting applications that call for a 9/16-12 UNC or UNF thread pattern. The right-hand thread direction is standard for the vast majority of inch-series fastener applications. It is sold in a minimum order quantity of 25 units, making it appropriate for stocking or batch fastener work on larger jobs or service fleets.

Inspect mating threads for wear or damage before installation to ensure proper locking engagement.
