The VALUE COLLECTION C87750 is a high speed steel jobber-length drill bit ground to a 17/64 inch (0.2656 inch decimal) diameter with a 135-degree split point. The bit carries an oxide and TiN black/gold finish that reduces friction and helps resist heat buildup during drilling. Manufactured to M7 HSS material grade, it is classified as heavy duty and suits repetitive production use as well as service-shop applications. The split point geometry allows the bit to self-center on contact, eliminating the need for a center punch on most materials. Two bits are included per package.
