Value Collection BD20045 Posi-cord String 50-pack

Product Description

The VALUE COLLECTION BD20045 is a Posi-Cord string sold in a pack of 50 individual pieces. Posi-Cord string is a general-purpose pull string or tracer line used across multiple trades to route wire, cable, or line through conduit, wall cavities, and other confined pathways. The pack format makes it practical for stocking in a service vehicle or shop inventory where repeated use across multiple jobs is expected. Lightweight and compact, this string is a standard consumable for electricians, low-voltage installers, and general contractors working with conduit or enclosed raceway systems.

This string is suited for residential and light commercial applications where a reliable pull line is needed to guide cable or wire through conduit runs, junction boxes, or structural cavities. It is commonly used during rough-in and finish electrical work, data and communications cabling, and similar installations where a small-diameter pull medium is required. The 50-piece pack supports multi-job or multi-technician use without frequent reordering.

Installation Notes

Pull strings of this type are typically installed by licensed electricians or low-voltage technicians during conduit or raceway routing work. Ensure all power to the circuit or system is de-energized before working in any energized enclosure or panel. Follow applicable NEC requirements for the installation environment. Do not exceed the tensile limits of the string when pulling heavier cable loads.
