The VALUE COLLECTION BD-JTD-45-ID is a Class J time delay cartridge fuse rated at 45 amps with a 300 kA interrupting rating at AC. It is designed for general-purpose overcurrent protection in electrical distribution systems where high fault-current capacity and a time delay characteristic are required. The time delay action allows temporary inrush currents to pass without nuisance tripping while still providing fast response to sustained overloads and short circuits.
