The VALUE COLLECTION BD-34110 is a Size 64 large flange, dome head, aluminum open end blind rivet designed for fastening applications where access is limited to one side of the workpiece. The aluminum body pairs with an aluminum mandrel for a lightweight, corrosion-resistant connection. It grips material ranging from 0.062 inches to 0.25 inches thick and requires a hole diameter of 0.192 inches to 0.196 inches. The large flange dome head measures 0.615 inches in diameter, providing a wide bearing surface that distributes load and reduces pull-through in softer or thinner base materials. Sold in a package of 100.

This rivet is suited for light-duty to medium-duty assembly work across HVAC ductwork fabrication, sheet metal enclosures, electrical panels, and general trade installation tasks.
