The VALUE COLLECTION BD-18351 is a standard fork terminal designed for secure, vibration-resistant electrical terminations in control wiring, panel builds, and field wiring applications. The crimp-style connection method creates a reliable mechanical and electrical bond between the conductor and stud. Rated at 600 volts, this terminal features a partially insulated nylon sleeve in yellow, which indicates compatibility with the standard wire gauge range for that color code. The copper contact body is plated with TiN for improved corrosion resistance and conductivity retention over time. Sized for a No. 8 stud, it fits the most common terminal block and lug arrangements found in electrical enclosures.
This fork terminal is suited for residential and light commercial electrical work, HVAC control panel assembly, and general-purpose wiring tasks where a removable stud connection is preferred over a ring terminal. The partially insulated design allows the fork to seat flush against a stud or binding post while keeping the barrel insulated at the crimp zone. Electricians, HVAC controls technicians, and panel builders will find this terminal appropriate for low-voltage control circuits as well as higher-voltage branch wiring up to 600 volts. Sold in a pack of 25.
Designed as a standard OEM-style replacement or new-installation fork terminal for use with No. 8 stud connections in electrical enclosures, control panels, and general wiring applications rated up to 600 volts.
Installation is performed by licensed electricians or qualified HVAC controls technicians following NEC guidelines. De-energize and lock out the circuit before terminating any conductors. Use a calibrated ratcheting crimp tool appropriate for the wire gauge and terminal barrel size to achieve a proper crimp — do not use pliers as a substitute. Inspect the crimped barrel for deformation or cracking before seating the fork under the stud hardware.
