The VALUE COLLECTION BD-17338 is an angled, threaded conduit connector designed for use with liquid-tight flexible conduit systems. Constructed from malleable iron, this fitting provides a durable, insulated connection point where liquid-tight conduit terminates at an enclosure, junction box, or panel. The angled body allows routing in tight spaces where a straight connector would not clear adjacent equipment. The insulated throat protects wire insulation at the entry point. This connector is installed by licensed electricians during conduit rough-in or equipment connection work in commercial and industrial environments.

This connector suits liquid-tight flexible metal conduit or liquid-tight flexible nonmetallic conduit at a 1 inch trade size. Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements for liquid-tight conduit fittings. Hand-tighten the threaded fitting first, then use an appropriate wrench to bring it to a snug, secure fit against the enclosure knockout without over-tightening the malleable iron body.
