The VALUE COLLECTION BD-15464 is a Schedule 80 PVC hex plug designed to seal threaded pipe openings in plumbing and industrial piping systems. Sized at 1-1/2 inches with male iron pipe thread (MIPT) end connections, this plug threads directly into a female-threaded fitting or pipe end to cap off a line. PVC construction provides corrosion resistance and durability in water and many chemical service applications. Each order includes two plugs. Schedule 80 wall thickness gives this plug added pressure-handling capability compared to Schedule 40 fittings, making it appropriate for higher-demand piping installations.

This hex plug is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, irrigation, pool and spa piping, and industrial process lines where PVC is an approved material. Installation Notes
