The VALUE COLLECTION 99761 is a USS flat washer designed for use with 5/16 inch screws and fasteners. Built from Grade 8 steel with a plain finish, this washer distributes load across the bearing surface to reduce fastener pull-through and protect the substrate. The inside diameter measures 3/8 inches and the outside diameter measures 7/8 inches, conforming to USS (United States Standard) dimensional specifications.
