Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, this double-end tool delivers two usable cutting ends for extended service life. The mill features a 1/16 inch cutting diameter, a 3/16 inch length of cut, and a 2-1/4 inch overall length. A 40-degree helix angle and spiral flute geometry promote efficient chip evacuation during light-duty slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling. Licensed machinists and tool-and-die technicians are the primary installers of this type of end mill.

This end mill suits general-purpose machining centers, CNC mills, and manual knee mills where a small-diameter finishing or detail tool is required. The centercutting geometry allows plunge cuts in addition to standard side and end milling passes. The straight shank fits standard collets and end mill holders sized for 3/16 inch shank diameter.
