The VALUE COLLECTION 831196PS is an M12 x 1.75 x 30 mm cone point set screw manufactured from alloy steel to Grade 14.9 (45H). The cone point geometry concentrates clamping force at a single contact location, making it well suited for permanent or semi-permanent shaft and collar assemblies where the point is intended to seat into the mating surface. A black oxide finish provides mild corrosion resistance and reduces galling during installation. The hex socket drive requires a 6 mm hex key.
