The VALUE COLLECTION 80028 is a steel T-slot bolt designed for use in T-slot fixture tables, machine tool beds, and workholding setups common in industrial and manufacturing environments. The bolt features a 1-8 UNC thread with a 3 inch thread length and a 1 inch slot width, making it compatible with standard 1 inch T-slots. Manufactured from C-1045 steel with an uncoated finish, it provides reliable mechanical strength for clamping and fixturing applications. The 10 inch length under head gives ample reach for deep-slot setups. Installation is typically handled by machinists, tool and die workers, and millwrights working with machine tables and modular fixturing systems.
This T-slot bolt is suited for use in machine shop environments where precision workholding is required. Typical applications include securing workpieces, fixtures, vises, and clamps to T-slotted machine tables, milling machine beds, welding tables, and similar flat-work fixturing surfaces. The 1 inch slot width fits standard 1 inch T-slot profiles found on many industrial machine beds and fixture plates. The Class 3 thread fit ensures a snug, accurate thread engagement appropriate for repeatable fixturing setups.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-fit T-slot bolt for machine tables, milling beds, and modular fixturing systems with 1 inch T-slot profiles.
T-slot bolts are installed by sliding the head into the T-slot channel before threading on the clamping hardware — the bolt head cannot be inserted from the end of a loaded slot. Ensure the machine table or fixture surface is de-energized and stationary before adjusting any clamping setup. Use appropriate torque wrenches and follow the fixture or machine manufacturer's clamping recommendations. Inspect the bolt head seating in the slot before applying load to avoid cam-out or slot damage.
