The VALUE COLLECTION 75122 is a stainless steel pressure sealing washer designed for 3/8 inch screws and fasteners used in pressurized fluid and gas assemblies. The washer features an 18-8 stainless steel body with an integrated silicone rubber seal that compresses under load to create a leak-resistant barrier. Inside diameter ranges from 0.336 to 0.393 inches to accommodate standard 3/8 inch fasteners, while the outside diameter spans 0.992 to 1.008 inches for broad seating coverage. Rated to 100 psi maximum operating pressure for gases, this washer is suited for plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial applications where sealing integrity at a fastener point is required. Sold in packs of 5.
This washer is used in residential and commercial installations where a threaded fastener must seal against a housing, manifold, enclosure, or fitting face. Typical applications include HVAC equipment panels, plumbing access covers, pump housings, and any assembly where a 3/8 inch screw passes through a pressurized boundary. The silicone rubber seal element remains flexible across a wide service temperature range, making it appropriate for both hot and cold fluid systems. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters commonly stock these washers as consumable hardware during service calls and new installations.
Designed as a general-purpose replacement or service-stock pressure sealing washer for 3/8 inch screw applications in plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial assemblies rated at or below 100 psi gas operating pressure.
Installation is performed by plumbers, HVAC technicians, or pipefitters as part of fastener assembly at pressurized boundaries. Depressurize and isolate the system before disassembling any joint where these washers are used. Position the washer so the silicone seal element contacts the seating surface squarely before tightening the fastener. Do not overtighten, as excessive clamping force can distort or extrude the silicone seal element and reduce sealing effectiveness.
