The VALUE COLLECTION 724-6442 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling operations. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel and finished with a TiN coating, it handles tough ferrous and non-ferrous materials where standard HSS tooling falls short. The 3-flute geometry at 3/8 inch diameter provides a balance of chip clearance and rigidity, making it well suited for roughing passes that require fast stock removal with reduced chatter. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction with a high helix style help evacuate chips efficiently. Centercutting capability allows plunge entry without a pilot hole.

This end mill is used in manual mills and CNC machining centers for roughing operations on steel, stainless, cast iron, and similar hard materials.
