Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel and coated with Titanium Nitride (TiN), it delivers extended wear resistance and heat tolerance compared to standard HSS tooling. The 3/8-inch diameter, 4-flute, square-end geometry with a 30-degree helix angle makes it suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling operations. It is installed and operated by machinists and tool-and-die professionals working on manual or CNC milling machines.

This end mill is used in job shop, production, and maintenance machining environments where both roughing and finishing passes are required without a tool change.
