Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it offers superior heat resistance compared to standard M2 HSS tooling, making it well-suited for harder ferrous materials. The cutting edges feature a Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating to reduce friction and extend tool life. With a 1/4 inch cutting diameter, a 30-degree helix angle, and right-hand flute direction, this end mill is a reliable choice for milling operations where tool changes between roughing and finishing passes need to be minimized.

This end mill is intended for use in vertical milling machines, knee mills, and CNC machining centers in job shop, maintenance, and light production environments.
