The VALUE COLLECTION 724-3239 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling operations. Machined from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it delivers superior heat and wear resistance compared to standard M2 HSS tools. The 1-inch diameter cutter features 5 flutes with a right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction, and carries a TiN (titanium nitride) coating to extend tool life and reduce friction at the cutting edge. With a 2-inch length of cut and a 3/4-inch shank diameter, this tool is suited for face milling, slotting, and roughing passes where stock removal rate is the priority.

This roughing end mill is intended for use in vertical and horizontal milling machines, CNC machining centers, and manual knee mills in job shop, production, and maintenance environments.
