The VALUE COLLECTION 724-3194 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling operations. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel with a TiN coating, it delivers the heat and wear resistance needed for interrupted cuts and difficult-to-machine materials. The 3/4 inch cutting diameter and 4-flute geometry produce the serrated chip-breaking action typical of roughing profiles, reducing cutting forces and extending tool life compared to standard finishing end mills. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction are standard. This tool is intended for use in machining centers, knee mills, and manual or CNC vertical mills.

This roughing end mill suits applications in job shops, maintenance machining, and production environments where roughing passes precede finish milling. The 3 inch length of cut accommodates deeper axial engagements on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and high-temperature alloys. The 3/4 inch shank diameter fits standard ER collets, end mill holders, and Weldon-style side-lock holders.
