Constructed from M42 cobalt high-speed steel with a bright uncoated finish, this tool delivers a 1.5-inch cutting diameter, a 1.125-inch length of cut, and a 0.75-inch shank diameter. The 6-flute geometry creates a coarse chip-breaking profile that reduces chatter, lowers cutting forces, and extends tool life during aggressive roughing passes. It is center-cutting, allowing plunge entry without pre-drilled pilot holes.

This roughing end mill is suited for use in manual knee mills, CNC machining centers, and benchtop milling machines in job-shop, maintenance, and production environments.
