It features a 1 inch cutting diameter, 5 flutes, a 1.125 inch length of cut, and a 3.375 inch overall length. The 0.75 inch shank diameter provides solid tool holding in standard milling chucks and collets. This is a right-hand cut, right-hand helix tool. Machinists and tool and die professionals use this style for roughing passes where chip evacuation and stock removal rate are the priority.
