The 5/16 inch (0.3125 inch) cutting diameter is paired with a 3/8 inch shank and a 1-1/8 inch length of cut, giving machinists a compact, rigid tool suited for slotting, profiling, and hogging operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The bright, uncoated finish is standard for cobalt end mills used in general shop and production environments.
