The VALUE COLLECTION 723-3930 is a single-end cobalt square end mill designed for milling ferrous and hard materials in machining centers and manual mills. Ground from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it holds an edge longer than standard M2 HSS tooling when cutting alloy steels, stainless, and cast iron. The cutter measures 1.3125 inches in diameter with a 2-inch length of cut, a 0.75-inch shank diameter, and a 4.375-inch overall length. Six spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle provide a balance of chip evacuation and cutting edge strength. This is an uncoated bright-finish tool sold as a single unit.

This end mill is suited for peripheral milling, slotting, and side milling operations in job shops, production facilities, and tool rooms. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry without a pre-drilled hole, making it practical for pocketing operations. Installation Notes
