The VALUE COLLECTION 723-1668 is a double-end cobalt square end mill designed for metal removal in milling operations across a range of ferrous and high-temperature workpiece materials. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, the cutter offers increased heat and wear resistance compared to standard HSS tooling. It features a 3/16 inch diameter cutting edge, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 30-degree helix angle with two right-hand spiral flutes. The double-end configuration extends tool life by providing two usable cutting ends. Center-cutting geometry allows for direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot hole. Machinists and tool-room operators are the primary users of this end mill.
