Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, this double-end configuration provides two usable cutting ends, extending tool life and reducing per-cut cost. The 9/64 inch (0.1406 inch) cutting diameter pairs with a 3/16 inch (0.1875 inch) shank and a 3/4 inch length of cut, making it well suited for slotting, profiling, and light milling in tighter workpiece geometries. A 30-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation and reduces chatter across a range of ferrous materials.

This end mill is designed for use on manual mills and CNC machining centers in job shop, toolroom, and production settings. Its centercutting geometry allows direct plunge entry into the workpiece without a pre-drilled pilot hole. Primary workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and high-temperature alloys.
