The VALUE COLLECTION 722-4016 is a double-end, four-flute square end mill designed for general-purpose milling operations in metal fabrication and machining environments. Built from M2 high speed steel with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, it delivers extended tool life and reduced friction during cuts. The mill features a 7/32 inch (0.2188 inch) cutting diameter, a 9/16 inch (0.5625 inch) length of cut, and a 3/8 inch shank diameter. A 30-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation in a variety of materials. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and tool-and-die professionals using standard milling machines or CNC machining centers.

This end mill is suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials at conventional cutting speeds. The double-end configuration provides two usable cutting ends per tool, extending service intervals. The right-hand cut and right-hand flute spiral are standard for conventional milling setups. It is appropriate for use in job shops, maintenance machining, and production environments where fractional-inch tooling is specified. The tool does not support center cutting, so plunge entry is not recommended.
