The VALUE COLLECTION 720-3009 is a single-end square end mill designed for general-purpose milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from M2 high speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish, this tool features four spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle and a right-hand cut and right-hand flute orientation. The 11/64-inch (0.1719 inch) cutting diameter and 7/16-inch length of cut make it well suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in light- to medium-duty CNC and manual milling applications. Licensed machinists and tool-and-die professionals are the primary installers.

This end mill is appropriate for use on knee mills, vertical machining centers, and manual milling machines where a fractional-inch, regular-length tool is required. The 3/8-inch shank diameter fits standard ER collets, end mill holders, and side-lock holders commonly found in job shop and production environments. The uncoated finish is best suited for dry cutting or applications with flood coolant on aluminum, mild steel, and similar workpiece materials. It is not centercutting, so plunge milling is not recommended without a pre-drilled pilot hole.

Installation Notes
