The VALUE COLLECTION 720-1511 is a single-end, square-profile end mill designed for precision milling of aluminum and non-ferrous materials. Built from M2 high speed steel with a bright/uncoated finish, it features a 5/16 inch cutting diameter, 2 inch length of cut, and a 3/8 inch shank diameter. The 37-degree right-hand spiral helix geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation in softer metals. At 3-3/4 inches overall length, this is classified as an extra-long configuration, giving machinists extended reach in deep-pocket and slotting applications. It is centercutting, allowing direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled hole.

This end mill is suited for manual mills, CNC machining centers, and knee mills handling aluminum, brass, copper, and other non-ferrous workpiece materials.
