The VALUE COLLECTION 720-1451 is a single-end ball end mill designed for contour milling, slotting, and profiling operations on a wide range of workpiece materials. It measures 1/8 inch in diameter with a 3/8-inch length of cut and a 2-3/8-inch overall length. The cutting geometry features 2 right-hand spiral flutes in a right-hand cutting direction, ground from M2 high speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish. The extended reach design includes a 13/16-inch reach length, making it suited for applications where standard-reach tooling cannot access the cut zone. Machinists and toolroom operators install this end mill in CNC machining centers, knee mills, and manual milling machines.

This end mill is suited for light to medium material removal in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composites where a ball-nose profile is required. Installation Notes
