The VALUE COLLECTION 720-1083 is a single-end, square-profile end mill designed for material removal in milling operations on machining centers and manual mills. Manufactured from M2 high speed steel with a bright uncoated finish, it runs a 0.875-inch cutting diameter across a 1.5-inch length of cut. The 2-flute geometry and 30-degree right-hand spiral helix provide efficient chip evacuation and a balance between rigidity and cutting clearance. The centercutting design allows plunge entry directly into the workpiece. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and tool-and-die professionals in job shop and production environments.

This end mill is suited for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and aluminum and non-ferrous materials. With a 0.625-inch shank diameter and a 3.625-inch overall length, it fits standard ER and collet-style toolholders commonly found on vertical and horizontal machining centers as well as Bridgeport-style knee mills. Installation Notes
