The VALUE COLLECTION 6220009514 is a gravity feed, high volume low pressure (HVLP) spray gun designed for automotive, industrial, and finishing applications. It draws paint from a 1 quart (0.95 liter) cup mounted above the gun body, using gravity to maintain consistent material flow. Operating between 15 and 28 psi with an air consumption of 12.4 SCFM, this gun delivers a controlled, fine atomization pattern suitable for primers, base coats, and clear coats. The aluminum body keeps weight manageable and resists solvent corrosion. A 1.4 mm nozzle diameter suits a wide range of coating viscosities. Painters, body technicians, and finishing contractors are the primary users.
This spray gun fits standard production and refinishing workflows where a gravity feed setup is preferred for reduced material waste and easier cleanup. The 1/4 inch NPS air inlet connects to standard shop compressor fittings. The gun is suited for booth and open-shop spraying of solvent-borne and waterborne coatings. At 12.4 SCFM air consumption, a compressor rated for at least 15 SCFM at operating pressure is recommended to maintain stable atomization throughout a spray pass.
Designed as a general-purpose HVLP gravity feed spray gun compatible with standard 1/4 inch NPS compressed air lines and 1 quart gravity feed cups commonly used in automotive and industrial finishing setups.
Installation and setup should be performed by a painter or finishing technician familiar with spray equipment and compressed air systems. Before attaching or removing the fluid cup or nozzle components, relieve all air pressure from the supply line and ensure no coating material is under pressure in the gun. Verify the shop compressor output meets the 12.4 SCFM air consumption requirement at the gun before beginning a spray pass. Follow applicable OSHA and local ventilation requirements when spraying solvent-borne coatings.
