It accepts a 3-inch pipe outside diameter on the saddle seat and provides a 1-1/2-inch SR Female Iron Pipe Thread (FIPT) outlet for branch connections. An EPDM O-ring creates a reliable, watertight seal at the pipe interface without requiring solvent welding to the main run.
