It features a spigot (slip) male end on one side and a female iron pipe thread (FIPT) on the other, making it a standard reducing bushing for low-pressure water and irrigation piping systems. PVC construction resists corrosion and chemical exposure in both above-ground and in-wall residential plumbing and irrigation applications. Installation Notes
