The VALUE COLLECTION 365-0040 is a right-hand NPT hex pipe die designed for cutting external 1-1/2 inch 11-1/2 threads per inch on pipe stock. Machined from carbon steel, this die seats in a standard 3-inch hex die stock and produces National Pipe Taper threads that conform to NPT standards. It is used by plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanical contractors when threading new pipe in the field or shop. The carbon steel construction provides the hardness needed to cut cleanly through steel and iron pipe without premature wear.

This die is suited for residential and commercial pipe threading applications where 1-1/2 inch NPT connections are required. Installation Notes
