The steel body pairs with a phosphate-finished steel mandrel for reliable pull strength in metal-to-metal and mixed-material assemblies. At 3/16 inch body diameter with a grip range of 0.501 to 0.625 inches, this rivet handles moderate material stacks without special tooling. Tensile strength is rated at 680 pounds and shear strength at 540 pounds, meeting IFI 114 Grade 30 standards. Each package contains 100 rivets, suited for production work or stocking a service van.

Installation Notes
