The large flange dome head measures 5/8 inches in diameter, distributing load across the material surface to reduce pull-through risk. With a tensile strength of 500 pounds and a shear strength of 380 pounds, this rivet is suited for structural and general-purpose assemblies in sheet metal, light fabrication, and panel work. Each package contains 100 rivets. Installation is handled by licensed tradespeople or experienced fabricators using a standard blind rivet tool.

Installation Notes

Insert the rivet body fully into the hole, then actuate the tool to pull and break the mandrel. Do not attempt to reuse a set rivet or reinstall a rivet after the mandrel has been broken.
