The VALUE COLLECTION 33002 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precise material removal in milling operations requiring tight tolerances and small-diameter cutting. With a 0.0313-inch (1/32 inch) mill diameter and a 3-flute spiral configuration, this end mill delivers clean, controlled cuts in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The micrograin carbide construction provides the rigidity and edge retention needed for small-feature work. A 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation while maintaining surface finish quality. This tool is installed and run by machinists and CNC operators working on precision components, prototype parts, and detailed mold or die work.
This end mill is suited for operations where small-diameter cutting is required, such as slotting, profiling, and pocketing in tight geometries. The centercutting design allows plunge entry, expanding its usefulness in multi-axis CNC setups. The right-hand cut and right-hand flute orientation are standard for conventional milling machine spindles. Its 3/32-inch length of cut and 1-1/2-inch overall length make it appropriate for shallow-depth detail passes in precision machining environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard tooling option for CNC machining centers and manual mills accepting a 1/8-inch shank diameter in Series 3300 small-diameter end mill applications.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC operators. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and locked out before inserting or removing any end mill. Use a properly sized collet or tool holder rated for a 1/8-inch shank diameter and verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning a cut. At this diameter, excessive side load or feed rate will cause tool breakage — consult your machine's feed and speed tables for micrograin carbide at the specific material and depth of cut.
