The VALUE COLLECTION 32032 is a solid carbide ball end mill designed for precision finishing operations in non-ferrous metals and similar materials. Built to Series 3200 standards, it features a 0.0625-inch mill diameter with a 4-flute, right-hand helical configuration and a 30-degree helix angle. The 0.25-inch length of cut and 1.5-inch overall length make it well-suited for controlled, close-tolerance profiling and contouring passes. Micrograin carbide construction provides the rigidity and edge retention needed for consistent results at small diameters. The bright, uncoated finish suits applications where coating interaction with the workpiece material is a concern.
This end mill is intended for finishing cuts in non-ferrous metals, including aluminum, brass, and copper alloys. The single-end, straight-cylindrical shank with a 0.125-inch shank diameter fits standard collet chucks used in CNC machining centers and manual milling machines. The ball nose geometry produces contoured surfaces, fillets, and 3D profiles where a flat-bottom end mill cannot reach. It is a standard-length tool with no extended reach, keeping deflection low at this small diameter.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers and manual milling machines equipped with collets or chucks accepting a 0.125-inch straight-cylindrical shank. Primary workpiece material designation is non-ferrous metal (Material Code N).
Installation and tool changes should be performed by a qualified machinist with the spindle fully stopped and machine in a safe, locked-out state. Seat the shank fully into the collet and torque the collet nut according to the toolholder manufacturer specifications. At this small diameter, minimize stick-out to reduce deflection and the risk of tool breakage. Verify spindle speed and feed rate are appropriate for the workpiece material and depth of cut before running the tool.
