The VALUE COLLECTION 315-1164 is a round threading die designed to cut external threads on rod, bolt stock, and round bar stock. It cuts a 1/2-24 UNS right-hand thread profile and is manufactured from high-speed steel (HSS) for heat resistance and edge retention during threading operations. The die measures 1 inch in outside diameter, fitting standard 1-inch die stocks and holders. An adjustable design allows the operator to fine-tune thread fit by slightly opening or closing the die body with the set screw on the die stock.
