The VALUE COLLECTION 231-4714 is a 7/32 inch R8 collet machined from steel for use in milling machines equipped with an R8 spindle taper. It accepts a 7/16-20 drawbar thread and holds a 7/32 inch shank tool. The collet is rated to a total indicator runout (TIR) of 0.0007 inches, providing the concentricity needed for accurate milling operations. Machinists and tool and die technicians use this collet to secure end mills, drill bits, and other 7/32 inch shank tooling directly in the machine spindle. It is sold individually and fits standard R8-compatible knee mills and vertical milling machines.

This collet is suited for job shops, maintenance facilities, and machine shops running vertical knee mills with R8 spindles. Installation Notes
