It features a 1-1/2 inch head diameter and a 2-1/2 inch head length, with an internal thread size of 1.041 in-24 and an external thread size of 1.242 in-20. Concentricity is rated at 0.0020 inches TIR, providing reliable, repeatable part centering. This expanding collet is designed for workholding applications where a part must be gripped from the inside diameter rather than the outside.
